Tell me what brought you to Reiser Dental!
I've been coming to this location for over 40 years. The prior dentist who used to work here, Dr. Hartman, was my regular dentist. When he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Reiser, I thought I'd give him a try. I was very happy that I did because Dr. Reiser is a very compassionate, caring dentist.
Can you tell people about what it's like here with the team, the care, and the general culture?
The team works very well together. You start with getting great appointments either from Jamie or from Lynn. You get to know everybody here, and they work well together, which translates into a very good experience for the patient.
How did we do to make things comfortable and as pain-free as possible?
I think the best thing they did is incorporate new technology. The new technology here is basically for painless dentistry. Starting with any anesthetic they use, you can barely feel the needle going in. It's comfortable and pain-free. It's wonderful.
How did we do at Reiser Dental?
If the question is how do patients who have had bad experiences with prior dentists deal with that compared to Dr. Reiser's clinic, the answer is simply it depends on who the dentist and their assistants are. Dr. Bryce Reiser is a very compassionate man. He talks you through the procedure, lets you know what's going to happen, which makes you very comfortable.
If you've had bad experiences because you didn't have a dentist who would do that and be really caring for you, I can understand that you might not have had a good experience. But that will not be the case here because of who the folks are.
What would you say to someone who is putting off getting treatment?
What I would say to people who are putting off treatment is get it done sooner rather than later. It's only going to get worse, more expensive, and more painful. They have the ability to do it now quickly and on a cost-effective basis.
The answer for me has been to do it as soon as you can. It's not just for me; my whole family comes to this dental practice. My children and grandchildren all come here because of who Dr. Reiser and his team are.

What I would say to people considering coming to Reiser Dental is you've found the right spot. It's in a great location, it's comfortable, the people are great, and it's pain-free dentistry by compassionate people. This is the place to go for your dental work.
