Book an Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment will usually consist of any necessary x-rays and a thorough examination with Dr. Reiser. We will review your treatment options and then you will have your teeth cleaned.
What to Bring
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your examination:
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- If you have dental insurance, bring your card and any additional information you have. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, prosthetic joints, or transplants)
